At Kideomt, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, please review our policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Items not meeting these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as undergarments or final sale items may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly marked on the product page.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@newrunning.info with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item(s) back.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used at checkout.

  • We only accept credit card payments, and therefore refunds are strictly returned to the same credit card.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your order details and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
